Busy little location in downtown Waltham. The staff here is super friendly and accommodating, I've rented here a half-dozen times in the past 5 years and never had a bad experience. Wish they had a wider selection of cars but the lot space around here is limited.

>Enterprise Waltham rents unsafe cars!< Don’t know why I bother to make reservations. They didn’t have the level of car I reserved and only had a car that was lower. I had equipment and gear I needed to transport. The car was almost too small. They forced me into a high mileage Corolla with seed burns on the upholstery and a dent in the door frame. And I had to wait 25 minutes for the car to be “prepared”. The inside and outside are filthy, with mystery stains on the back seat. I rent from Enterprise almost every week. Great work retaining customers. *** And the brakes are bad!!! Throbbing, grinding, and pulling right at highway speeds ***

came to this place because of the better rating than Woburn. Disappointed. First the pick up location manager Jake pointed out a minor bumper / seal misalignment before picking up the car. Dropped off at this location because of storm. The manager keep arguing about it has to go through insurance. I rented quite a few vehicles over the last 30+ years never had a manager fretting about even a minor scratch, let alone obviously a little blip in the seals. The car had 50k plus miles btw. Then I was deciding whether to drop off because I could keep the original rental period plus paying the extras drop off fee. The manager claimed he already refunded the money . I told him he could retract the credit transaction even if he really did that. He absolutely said no.
