They are the most irresponsible people and storage center. It’s called self storage, but their code never worked and the staff is not there most of the times. Even I called before my move out day to get a new code and they promised me both code works and someone will be there in that time. In my move out day in office hour no one was there and still no working code. My movers had to wait a lot. Don’t waste your money and time here. Call center is totally disconnected with property management office locally, they even told me someone is there 1.5 hour earlier than the person opened the place!
