Albertsons is a pleasant shopping experience with nice clean stores and adequate stock. Starbucks is a plus. Employees are helpful and nice. Expect most things to be higher priced than other stores, so check out the weekly sale ad. This is the only store I will by meat at. Top rate.

Every Albertson's is a little different from others. (Unlike Winco whose offerings can be quite varied from one to another.) This one exhibits some of the same modernization of the 'Disney' Albertson's at Fairview & Eagle -- but no food hall.

2/2/22 Dear Owner, I have not been contacted for additional information as you said would happen. I followed your directions and received what appears to be a "canned, so sorry" email with links that don't work. Poor customer service continues.... 1/31/22 around 6:00 pm. Slow evening. I was the only one at Customer Service for a few seconds being helped when a man interrupted wanting to be helped instead. I said please wait 3 seconds for her to finish with me. He must have thought I should step aside for him. He then pouted and looked unhappy and she actually stoped helping me to assist him instead!! After he left, I pointed out what had just happened and she argued with me. She clearly helped him before me even though I was first and she was already assisting me!. She was very rude and raised her voice to me. I only took under one minute total of her time. If all that wasn't insulting enough, John the manager actually chuckled a few times when I called to tell them what happened. Horrible customer service After 20 plus years, I'll never shop there again. Several opportunities for them to make it better, but they continued making it worse. I left feeling not valued, ignored, embarrassed and humiliated. *Also he had no mask, no social distancing, so I don't appreciate her inviting him into my space breathing all over me.

Michelle at the Service deli and bakery is very kind. She always goes out of her way to help us and is so kind and professional. She makes our experience so much nicer we really appreciate her.
