Wonderful store, excellent staff and customer service. In over 30 years interacting with Orvis their commitment to customers and creating great products and standing behind them has always been the best one could hope for. I can, have, and will continue to recommend them to everyone. The flagship store is a unique, enjoyable, and extremely pleasant experience.

Two floors of clothing and other items. The first floor is men's, hunting and fishing gear. It is stacked with high quality items, nice clothing and friendly staff. The second floor is women's clothing, some household items and dog beds. Stairs are in the front and back of the store. First in the back is a fish pond indoors filled with koi. Overall, very good store. Love it. Another store is across the cross street for fly fishing and hunting school. Down the street a bit for the outlet store.

Forrest was very helpful and allowed us to practice casting before our purchase of a new 9’ 4wt. Unfortunately no Tom sightings but Forrest said it’s kind of rare to see him in the wild.

We.did the hour drive to Manchester. It was a beautiful day and the drive was lovely. I buy lots from the catalog but this was our first trip to the flagship. I found a great vest, sweater, more. Many things on sale was a plus. The sales woman even found the silk blouse I wanted in another store and arranged for shipping. A winning day all around!

Yes they allow dogs, all Orvis stores do.
Not that I saw.
Masks required, social distancing. The outlet will limit occupancy during busy times.
as George said, call them directly. These questions go to other GOOGLE MAPS users, not to the store itself. I'm guessing they don't, but you never know... I'm no fisherman, but if it helps, I once saw a university-created bird ID app where you submit a photo... maybe there's one to ID insects too
I'm pretty sure they only sell new stuff.
I believe that Orvis keeps all of those records. Give them a call in Manchester.
