Kaylie from their benefits department and Megan from behavioral health were both such pleasant and lovely people to talk to- both cheerful and helpful in answering my many, many questions. After over a year of having CDPHP's national coverage I can only recommend people stay far away from this company. I have never had so many issues, that I can recall, with an insurance company before. My opinion is their level of support, in regards to the issues that arises, creates an unhealthy level of care for they members.

If you have coverage through them, I'd contact CDPHP directly via phone. They have excellent customer service. I don't recall ever being on hold. I'm not sure how hard it is to get through if you don't know your insurance I'D number though. They also have several locations customers can visit.
Usually (I haven't seen it not covered since ACA kicked in), but you may want to double check the terms of the specific plan you're examining.
