Ummm . . . It is hard to pick because everything is so good. I loved the Reuben sandwich and the marinated beets. You really can't go wrong here.Thank you, Matt! We're very glad you enjoyed everything!

Ordered from 3 different restaurants simultaneously with my family. First, the app was glitchy, so it took me a few more minutes to order than the rest of my group. Not a big deal. I ordered beignets and a chicken sandwich with loaded fries. The Beignets came out in a few short minutes, as did my fellow diners' foods from the other restaurants. The doughnuts were cold, which was a surprise, I guess we thought they would be made to order and warm and crispy like a beneigt from Cafe Du Monde, so they just were not worth the calories and did not meet our expectations. Meh. I was told at that time that my chicken sandwich would be "right out". 15 minutes later, when my fellow diners were done with their meals, staff asked if everything was ok. I asked if they forgot to make my sandwich, she said she would check on it. I told her if it was ready to just pack it to go. She could tell that I was not happy so I guess she sent a manager or a cook out with the sandwich in a bag 5 minutes later and he aggressively said "did that take a little too long for you?" LOL! I said yes, it did! He said "20 minutes? It takes a long time to cook our chicken bc its so thick", He makes a hand gesture suggesting that the chicken is a bout 3 inches thick. I thanked him for reminding me how long it took. Ha ha. But, really, he was there to offend me, to provoke me to anger, to be aggressive bc he was offended that I was upset about the meal time and he wanted to offend me back, make it my fault not his. Well, if he held any kind of power over me, I would be offended. But, he is just some random cook who I will never see again, bc I will never go back there. And I will tell two friends about my experience, and you. Also, my soggy chicken sandwich that I got to eat a few hours later at home was only 1 and 1/4 to 1 and 1/2 inches thick, not 3 inches sir. And it was compressed rib or thigh meat :( And my sandwich took 25 minutes to come out, not 20 like he said, i saw the time on my reciept and on my email. The fries were made from frozen crinkle cuts and had rubbery bacon. Even though they were cold, i thought i would check the flavor and they were lacking. Overall, I probably would have overlooked their average, "fast-tasting" food, and the slowness of service and not write a review at all out of pity for the poor souls, but the hostility and aggressiveness of the manager/cook is inexcusable and needs to be addressed. We cannot let people get away with poor behavior, it gives them power to do it again and again. It makes me wonder what kind of working atmosphere there is in his kitchen. Noting his comfort level with treating a customer this way, it makes one feel as though he is like that to everyone he works with as well.
