I have been shopping here every month with a large order each time for the past 4 years. Recently things have changed. The customer service is aweful and store manager Julie is rude. I now know why people have changed to shop at other stores.

Wells stocked liquor store that has exactly what I need everytime I have a need. Great knowledgeable friendly staff also to assist with any questions you may have.

I don’t usually complain but I have to file a complaint. Everyone knows that we are all in the middle of a pandemic. So usually stores have spare masks to give to their customers.Today around 4pm I walked into this location and patiently stood in line. My husband accidentally left his mask at home so I asked the cashier if I could have a spare mask for my husband so that he can come in and shop. She was very nice and said sure hold on one second. She goes over to a young man working at the first register and asked where the spare masks were and his response was… why? For who? She said this young lady. He rudely responded and said those masks aren’t for customers just us. We were both speechless. As a Gold member I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this location plus I’ve sent my friends and family here to shop. I kindly said okay thanks I’ll just try another store. We drove over to Total Wine and they kindly gave us a mask. Hopefully this won’t happen to another customer.

I'm a long time customer of this location-since the opening over a decade ago. It is my local goto spot for all and any of my booze needs! Great selection of American & international wines. Great variety of just about anything. I've been able to special order certain hard to find liquor items. I was invited to be a vault member after many years of loyalty! The team here at this location is always spot on! I will admit that I've had 1-2 unpleasant experiences but this out of 10 years of being a client. My most recent unpleasant experience was when I went to collect my vault order that arrived. Not sure if the young lady was having a bad day but she was not very welcoming and came across extremely rude. Apart from this, I will still continue to be a customer of this location due to all my other positive experiences over the years. Giovanni always recognizes me upon arrival and is always very helpful. Feels great to be recognized when entering a business.

Their selections do change often, I have previously seen the Honey Brown Ale but cannot say if it's always in stock or not.

I do not think they carry Trinity Oaks here, but i believe they do at Total Wines... However, inventory (especially wine) is constantly changing based on their wine sales reps, etc... I still recommend giving them a call to verify as i wouldn't be surprised if they do have it in stock...
