My aunt has been staying here for close to a month. I want to be able to write something positive here, but am not able to. When you try to make contact with staff it is next to impossible. My aunts clothes have come up missing (make sure you have them fill out a property list for you) and when I inquired about missing items, "Peggy" was overheard stating to a co-worker "I guess its my problem." I was then told it is not Conway's responsibility to account for items and that it is the patients responsibility. Very little communication with staff and very frustrating.

My Mom was at this facility for about 15 days, and from her experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. My mother is on a gluten-free diet, and they could not get her dietary needs correct During her whole stay. Thankfully my father and I live five minutes away and were able to bring her what she needed. Then there was the nurses aides, Whose Attentiveness was next to none. My mother waited over an hour and a half for someone to help her to the bathroom. The best part was the staff in the physical therapy area. I’m thankful she’s home and continuing her physical therapy, but as far as all other aspects of this facility, I would look elsewhere for better care.

I really like Mike . He is always friendly and helpful. When I visit my husband he makes me feel good before I walk in the door. The facility is nice and clean and the people are friendly. I know how hard this job is bit the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Coming to Conway Lakes got me out of the house for the therapy that I needed, it’s like a vacation from COVID and the isolation I was in not being able to leave my house . It’s my second time here for rehab and I am enjoying my stay. Everyone is so caring even the maintenance staff asks how you are doing. My therapy is going well and I can focus on my healing without any concerns. The food is also very good. That’s important. The activities are a lot of fun and the trivia gets my mind active. There are many fun activities like movies and the drum circle when I’m not in the rehab gym getting therapy.
