The process was easy, she helped show me around, and is just a great person to see around when going in and out of the apartment. The merc is truly a wonderful place to live in I highly recommend it!

Our experience at The Merc has been amazing. The view is great from large windows throughout. The hallways and common areas are always meticulously cleaned. The management here is so welcoming also. I really enjoy the events they have monthly. We have lived here for three years.

I have been living at The Merc at Moody and Main for two years now (two separate years; not in a row) and am so happy to be here. The building is clean and quiet, neighbors are kind and friendly, and the staff is the best I have worked with and known. I lived at a lot of different buildings all over Massachusetts and two other states, but none have come close! Staff, namely Mrs. Brenda Bellavia, is outstanding. She is committed to tenants and delivering outstanding customer service. When I have come to her office for help regarding multiple issues on various occasions in the past, she is quick to help, goes out of her way to find solutions, and then puts them into action. She is also very nice, which during an almost 3 year pandemic, goes a long way! Her goal is always to work WITH clients and in turn, deliver customer satisfaction. I appreciate people who make the best out of situations for both parties, listen, critically think, and genuinely care. That's the sense I get from Mrs. Bellavia. Thank you so much to all staff and Brenda for creating such a lovely place and atmosphere to live in.

It was an amazing experience working with Susan and Jeff during the move-in process. Susan was super super sweet and helping with taking deliveries of some of my furnitures, ensuring that I get the service elevator completely reserved for my move-in and with tons of other queries I was having. The apartment is extremely clean and cozy, management is super responsive for any requests. The walkways and surroundings are kept clean and safe during snow season throughout the time. I am satisfied and happy living at The Merc. My dog is already in love with the neighborhood and all the other furr babies 😊
