The store is good, but the employees and the policy of this store are the worst ones... I went there because I saw a digital influencer saying that she goes there with her customers and thought it would be a great store... I chose some items and among them three bodies that were saying 75% off and a reversible blanket marked as 20% off when Anna helped us with the payment, I saw that no one had the discount and my husband requested for it, she called Angela that looked to us really bad and after "checking" the items said none of them was on sale... my husband asked how they weren't since the papers were clearly attached to each item and there were more than one of each one, she just answered NO and turned back... Anna said that she could just give 25% if acceptable for the bodies and no discount to the blanket... I said that I didn't want the bodies. She picked 2 instead of the 3 back and the one that stood on our bag cost USD 13,50 while accordingly to the sale should had cost USD 4,50... I'm really mad with this store and would like to share my experience so others don't be mistaken as we was!!

This is not my go to baby store, but I ran in here really quick to buy a new pair of breast shields for my Elvie. When I got home I realized that they had already been used by someone else, they had water spots on them like someone had washed them to pass them off like they were new. When I tried to return them, the store wouldn’t take them back because they’d already been used. Duh. That’s why I was returning them. The manager was rude and on the way out the sales associate looked me up and down like I was a criminal. I’ve never felt so embarrassed trying to make a return in my life. I’m not the one selling dirty breast shields.

We recently purchased crib and the dresser from buy buy baby colonial location. Roshan was very helpful with picking the furniture and placing the order. Unfortunately when we opened the box to assemble the crib , the headboard was broken. We called and spoke to Roshan. He informed us that the crib that we purchased was the last one he had and that same model was on back order. We were worried we will not get the headboard before the arrival of our baby. Roshan worked with the manufacturer to get us the replacement headboard and we got the new headboard in a reasonable time. Thank you Roshan for getting the headboard to us so quick. We now have a beautiful nursery for our little Princess.

I've been to this store many times. Never really had any issues with returns nor help. Staff is friendly and store is always clean. One thing I recommend is to use those coupons, because with out them, I think all prices are too expensive and you might as well purchase online.
