Looked all around Orlando for an embroidery place emailed a lot of companies and Impress Ink was the first to respond upon walking into their location was greeted immediately by the receptionist with a smile and very eager to help with my every need then passed me off to the sales manager Huan who was also welcoming and eager to get what I needed to be done the culture in this company is A1 and they are the definition of world-class service and last love the atmosphere gives me a loft art studio vibe so cool thanks everyone look forward to your product and continue to do business with your company

Update: The company has reached out to me and are attempting to reestablish a good business relationship. They were very apologetic about my experience. Communication has improved tremendously. I am cautiously optimistic thus far and will therefore change my rating based on their adjustments to business performance. Most of my dealings with Impress Ink were with Mike. I don't know what exactly his relationship is with the company but as he is one of their representatives....this company's customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE! They do not care about small business and they make it obvious. They will make you feel like you and your questions, e-mails, follow ups are a burden. You will have to follow up with them if you want to know anything about the progress of your order because they will rarely ever communicate with you. When they finally do, they rarely address what you emailed them for in the first place. Communication and correspondence are not on their priority list. There is also no quality control. They expect YOU to be the professional and know how to do everything so that the product you ordered comes out good quality, and if it doesn't, it's somehow your fault. Oh, and good luck getting your money back or coming up with a financial solution to their mistake. It's like pulling teeth. You will receive better customer service at McDonald's on days when their ice-cream and coffee machines are down and they ran out of fries and buns.

I highly recommend and will be using them again in the future. Mike helped me get my orders out on time and even helped printing some shirts in the back himself while I was waiting. Mary is sweet and very knowledgeable. Great business, great team.

"Impress Ink Comes in Clutch" <-- If there was a title I could give this review, this would be it. A little background....the 2018 Miss Vietnam Florida Pageant occurred just a while ago, and one of the new things we implemented this year was incorporating pageant tanks with names of the businesses that helped sponsor the event on the back of the tank shirts. (And who else than Impress Ink to do the job?) I give Impress Ink 5 stars because of not just quality in the product (our shirts were awesome!) but also quality in service! The design and production team took the time to make sure that we were going to be satisfied with what we were going to get. They even recommended suggestions in order to ensure that the product was not only going to be a great gift to the pageant contestants and staff but also a great representation of the amazing sponsors that took the time to support our pageant. (And they did it at a speedy time! We got our tanks and the amazing complimentary hoodies, from Impress Ink, before pageant weekend!) I truly appreciate the thought, time, and care that Impress Ink gave to our organization. Will do business again soon!

They don't sell materials, they only offer the service
Hello Orville, We can print the picture on the t-shirts for you. Our minimum for this type of printing (Direct To Garment) would be at least 6 pieces per order. Thank you!
Pricing always depends on quantity, print colors and garment. It can range from $7 to $40 a garment. They do not print just 1 shirt, they have minimums based on what print method you are looking for.
Yes, they require a minimum order of 10 or 12. Update: there is no longer a minimum order for DTG.
Impress Ink does not keep youth shirts in stock, but you can order youth shirts or bring one in if you need it same day. A simple vinyl design for one shirt is something that can be done.
