Beautiful Lake and beautiful view. The water was cold (june) but my kids swam in it. They hae conoes and paddle boats you can rent by the hour. Me and my boyfriend rented a paddle boat and went out on the lake, it was nice!!

Great little park. The camper fill/dump station is a little in the way for normal traffic. The lake seems pretty quiet. We saw ducks, ducklings, and loons on our early morning canoe trip around the lake. Minimal interaction with the staff, but they were nice and helpful. Rare park with a playground that seemed good as well as boat rentals and docks. Worth the trip.

One of our favorite days while visiting the area! Park was beautiful and well kept. Water so clean and so many fun things for the whole family to do. We rented paddle boats, kayaks and a canoe. Played at the park, got ice cream and swam all day! Great place for fun for everyone!

Plenty of shaded picnic areas along the lake and a nice little beach to swim in. They rent canoes, kayaks, paddle boats and paddle boards. The Barnard General Store is a short kayak ride away. Had a great time camping here.

No.. WALKING means to the WATER ACCESS.. for swimming or boating. ALL sites are accessible by car and you can park at your site.

Yes.. but not allowed on the sandy beach... but there's an area very nearby where dogs are allowed.

The campground is not, but the day use area might be. No swimming though.
Don't think that's an option. Mostly tents or small campers. Don't recall seeing any hookups at all.
