I can't say how fortunate I feel to have access to Fleet Feet in Albany (Wolf Road). I've been running all my life and not until shopping at Fleet Feet have I received actual attention to my needs as a runner with expert, caring advice. I've been going there for over 5 years and invariably I am happy with my experience. Most recently I tried finding a good pair of trail running shoes. After lots of research online and speaking with folks on the trails, it was time to purchase a pair. Fleet Feet had a wide variety to wear and try out. Unfortunately the first two pairs didn't work for me (toe box issues). They helped me exchange them for a pair and size that finally works! How amazing is that!!!! HOOOORAY! Many thanks to Cameron, Ryan, Jake, Jack, Eric and the many others I never got to write down their names over the years. Thank you for being here for the running community of all ages and abilities!! With deep gratitude.

Jake Johnson was awesome. I showed up just prior to closing time on New Years Eve and you never would’ve known it. He took time to help analyze my foot challenges and brought several sneaker options - one of which was the perfect solution. Worth the extra money you pay. I went here based on a family member's referral. All the employees were very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and followed all CDC guidelines. After the imaging of my feet, I was given 3 different pairs of running shoes to try on based on the report details. I was able to test each pair on a treadmill in the back of the store and was able to determine the best fitting and most comfortable pair for me. The high cost of the shoes is kind of a downfall but, you get what you pay for. The very small selection of colors is also not great for those who want flashy running shoes. All-in-all I'm very pleased with my choice and will most likely go back when these shoes wear out.
