It’s a long story. All in all bad experience. One employee’s poor job of explaining to me what priority packaging is led the other to get an attitude with me when I realized how much extra I’d be paying and changed my mind. Not to mention that I got solicited by a homeless women who wanted money while I was getting my packages together inside the post office… If you can go to another place go there instead.

There was a devastating Fire at my residence in January, so I put my mail on hold while searching for a new place to live. I was interrogated 3 different times by two different associates about why and how long my mail would be on hold. Apparently me being homeless was a major inconvenience for them. There is one associate who is incredibly warm and knowledgeable who didn’t make picking up my mail a further traumatizing experience however. I could give two stars rather than zero for her efforts alone.

Had a certified letter sent on Dec 20th why did it say it was out for delivery on Dec 28th but still hasn't arrived! SMH the worst experience of my life trying to track down this letter and to get help with my issue. 1-3 business days is a joke!

Today is the third day I went to this post office for my passport and all three times the only clerk that are able to process the application was not there. The clerk that told me she left early was rude as ever, I had to request a supervisor. The supervisor was very nice and helpful. She called another post office and I was able to go there. She's the only reason they receive 2 stars.
