They denied my food stamps case and every single case I apply for says withdrawn by applicant when I never withdrew any of them never mind we are out of food at my house! Unacceptable and disgusting when I call my wait time steadily climbs up it’s never ending they simply don’t care, I’m appalled by their genuine lack of care for anyone

The Rennselaer co CPS department is a total joke. One of their supervisors, Meagan Leigh Golden is first of all, a big alocholic and she allowed my 2 year old son to stay in a very unsafe situation because she is good friends with my sons father who was, and I quote her words "so high he could barley hold your son" And I have the text message from her saying exactly that and she did NOTHING to help the situation. Totally unprofessional and these types of workers need to leave their personal relationships at home when they have a job like that and I will be making a formal complaint.

Medicaid for Nursing Home Care BEWARE! You will hear Medicaid scrutinizes $2,000 and over withdrawals, this is not the case. They will compile other amounts which they deem similar and hold those against the time Medicaid will start covering nursing home care once you have no money left to pay. There is no information about this process online anywhere. Plus they go 5 years back. I was told they originally went 3 years back.
