I worked here for 11 months I loved this job especially the work from home opportunity. They pay really well and I got paid weekly. I did not give 5 star because I was fired during the pandemic and I felt like it was unfair that I got only two weeks off because I had a baby, and they expected me to have someone to watch him while I worked he was barely a month old and wasn’t even able to go to child care. Now I’m restricted from working from home and can’t find a steady new job. If you work here just make sure you are able to work in complete silence they are very strict....I was not a bad working by the way my stats were AMAZING I was hoping I could work here permanently....

Kelly is an awesome company. It provides me with the flexibility that I need, weekly pay, and kind staff.

My firsthand experience has been that this was the worst company to work for! I worked for this company longer (years)than I care to admit to. I stayed because it corresponded with my kid’s schedule and I did what I need to do while also attending school. This section of their company and particularly this branch in my firsthand experience is awful. If you are looking to work for a company that has horrible leadership, repeatedly tells you and treats you like you are replaceable, they lack basic customer service skills towards its employees, no benefits, no sick pay, no health insurance, and no chance for advancement, then this is the company for you. The pay is extremely low, rude and nasty call center staff and absolutely no support for issues that are beyond your control with their clients. They will encourage you to go against their own policy to please a client. I have been threatened by a student and had to press criminal charges myself because my employer refused to protect me and I was admonished (questioned as to why I am doing it) by the director for doing so. I have received incorrect pay checks and when it’s corrected (I had to sternly request it) they behave as though they are doing you a favor. This company will hold an employee “appreciation party” once a year during school hours, so you can’t attend, unless you take a day off. Don’t lose, crack your badge or look faded because you must take either a half day or full day to get it replaced (pay $5 and closes badge processing early). They do not value hard working and loyal employees. I have spoken with other substitute teachers and the moral, is very low with substitute teachers and it was hard to deal with the behavior of students, low pay (no pay during school, federal, state, winter breaks and summers) and no support from your employer. If you try and claim unemployment (you have a right to do so) they will fight you tooth and nail for you not to get it. I would avoid calling the switch board for any information, clarification or for anything related to an assignment because they are so rude and disrespectful. I was treated better by the schools that I serviced than the people that paid me. In my opinion and in my experience KES has clearly set a pattern and culture that is very adversarial towards its employees and took us for granted. If you want experience working in education go directly to the county and/or sub for a county that does not have their substitutes managed by KES.

Excellent service. They take care of businesses they support as well as employers that employ. Highly recommend for job seekers as well as employers.
