The couple that runs this RV park are super friendly, and are very good at keeping up with maintenance. Constantly painting, mowing, grating roads, powerwashing the buildings, etc.. There is a pretty pond with bridges and islands. Our stay here was very pleasant!

I have lived here going on 6 years and can tell you i have been thru a lot of upheavel and changes. The park has been better served by Jason. When he came here the grass was knee high. There was trash and we were getting solicited. I even had a man in a small truck wanting to sell me meat he said. I didn't open the door because i did not know this person. I witnessed the interaction between Jason and the malicious individule. Jason asked what they were doing and the individual stated they were knocking on doors to sell to people. I do not know what that was i didn't see any item. Jason told them because there were 3, no solicitations in the park. He told them them they must leave, then the road coming from the RV area a black SUV pulled up the 2 adults and 1 Teenage boy got in the vehicle and left. Personally i am greatful that i have some one that takes their job personally. Jason has made me feel i have help if i need it but also he is gonna keep my living enviroment something i am proud of and worry free of theives and solicitors. I have enough of that on my cell phone.

Manager has a bad attitude toward everyone that's new, and makes up rules whenever she doesn't like something, rules a very different for anyone new versus those that have been there for a long time, grandchildren of those who have been there for a long time are allowed to run around and destroy the place and run over everyone, while the children and grandchildren of those who are new, are expected to stay inside and be quiet at all times. The only way to make anything better would be to have a better manager and redo the whole place. Make IT family friendly and you will have more business than you can handle, until then I will stay at the county park.

Currently staying here, been here for 2 plus months and they are apparently under new management which isn't so friendly at all! Tim the previous manager was an Absolute delight to deal with. The new manger Lisa is so beyond rude she really makes my family feel unwelcome here. It's too bad that the management can make you want to move. This campground is nice and they sell propane onsite which is a big plus. I think the owners need to get Lisa some customer service skills and this place would be great to stay.

We don't have a pool but we have very beautiful fishing pond with two very beautiful islands with palm trees and benches. And we will make you feel welcome. Here at The Oasis there are no outsiders we treat everyone the same. 3 things that makes a rv park is 1. Kindness ' treating your guest the way you would like to be treated. 2. Appreciating the people that choose us here at The Oasis. 3. Clean bathrooms and a clean and safe park for all ages. Because anyone that comes here to stay could have went any where else but they decided to stay with us here at The Oasis. As the park manager I treat everyone the same and no matter if I have known you for 1 day or 10 years. That's can I promise you. So out and give us a try here at The Oasis @Zolfo Springs
