I love my apartment and the Point at Palicades. It’s gated and very secure. Wonderful amenities and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and always ready to answer questions and concerns. Work orders are taken care of quickly and you can feel confident in allowing maintenance in your unit when you are not at home. Just a great place to live!

I moved here due to a last minute work relocation. Nicole, one of the leasing agents, was so accommodating from start. She answered all my questions completely and truthfully. When I made the decision to move in she made sure the application process was seamless. I lived there for about 6 months, the only reason I moved was due to another job change or I would have gladly renewed. I never had any issues with neighbors, noise, or stolen packages or anything like that. I also have dogs and its a very dog friendly property. Anytime I had any questions or needed help Josh, the assistant property manager helped me immediately! Kim, the property manager also communicates with residents regularly and that was appreciated. There are a lot of activities and it's located minutes away from eating places and grocery stores. I wouldn't hesitate to move here again if I go back to Manassas. Nicole, Josh, and Kim thank you!

WARNING!!! DO NOT MOVE THERE. This was the worse place I’ve lived. Only good thing is maintenance. Management is the worse I’ve seen. Neighbors upstairs make noise all day and night, constant banging on the floor, management did nothing for …Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Jeremy. In regards to local jurisdiction laws, we have revamped our move in process to include an information packet from City of Manassas Park regarding their requirement for a city decal to help make residents aware.
