We did take out. Got the #5 and #9 Pho and the crispy rolls. The broth was tasty but a little too sweet for my liking. The portion size was generous. The downside of takeout is the rare steak was in the broth already making it tough. If I order ttake out here again I'd ask for the rare steak to be put separately? It also didn't come with Sriracha and hoison, so I'd ask for a side of that also. The crispy rolls, which were tasty lacked of filling and had more ayers of dough wrapper compared to others I've had.. I'd definitely give this place another go and dine in.

During a torrential downpour, had dinner. Pho and vermicelli shared by three, it hit the spot. Nice to see young people working hard and having a successful business. Good was great, recommended you order ahead as there can be a wait to dine in.

Delicious unexpected find. Definitely a new favorite spot when we come to Burlington. Forget Panera, Five Guys, and all the chain restaurants. Come here. Reminds me of Pho Lemongrass in Brookline, Mass.

We found Pho Dang Cafe via google search and so glad we did. Amazing service and food. We both had appetizers and main course; tofu spring roll and Cha Gio-Egg roll. Next time I’ll get the tofu spring roll too. I was to focused on eating the delicious main course that I forgot to take pictures. I had number 26 that had plenty of beef and chicken with amazing flavors and my wife had number 27 with plenty of tofu and Broccoli peppers and mushrooms plus onions and carrots. The place was clean with great working ac and tasty water. If you are in the area, I can highly recommend Pho Dang

Many, all of the the pho bowls or rice noodles can bee ordered without the meat. And its all cooked seperate so no worrys about cross contamination.
