Tellers are more interested in setting up plans after work than servicing individual accounts, and yes I have it on video. Sat from 8:53am til whenever they decided to help. Hands down the worst part of Seminole county.

Great customer service, efficient and friendly staff every year upon tag renewal. Of course being that it's a larger more modern facility than years before, they serve more customers but wait time is fair and the atmosphere pleasant. Window #12 ( sorry...but I can't remember the Male staff name) was extremely helpful and willing to serve my needs when I realized I didn't have my new insurance card at hand. Thanks for a job well done and no complaints whatsoever from this Seminole County resident. I must add that since last year I have the most decent looking, worth showing renewed driver's license thanks to their great technology.

Very clean, quick service, and the people were super nice. They have an audible queue system in both English and Spanish with number displays everywhere. I'm sure this place could get busy but they have have the estimated wait time for each service at the very front so you're fully aware.
