I was in a desperate situation yesterday morning with my pet rabbit gasping for air. This Humane Society was not open at the early morning time that I went, however I was banging the door and Jonee Miller came to the door and let me in with my sick rabbit. Jonee was so kind to me (3 hours before they opened), she printed out places who could help me with my emergency, she gave me a cage to borrow with timothy hay incase my rabbit needed to eat and a towel to keep her in the dark so she would be able to calm down. She tried to calm me down (which was virtually impossible as I was so upset). She was so helpful and kind to me I greatly appreciate her and, coincidentally, had heard great things about her before from other friends. I will be bringing the cage back to her soon.. I just wanted to write this about her as it's so fresh in my mind.

The RUDEST women greets you at the front desk! As soon as I signed in and said I wanted to see a certain cat, I was told right up front that if I was interested in THAT cat it goes as a duo with another one, so I would HAVE to take both! NOT THE RIGHT APPROACH! That was after calling to find out where exactly in Green Tree Plaza they were located. She kept asking me where I was, and wouldnβt answer the simple question! The simple answer is facing Airport Pulling Rd as you turn in, go to the left! A whole list of rules when you get in the door. As soon as we walked out, she took her mask off! Leslie Taylor is obviously missing the point on purpose! THE WOMEN WAS NOT FOLLOWING her own rule! SHE WAS VERY RUDE, If you need a mask when visiting, she can politely offer you one, she doesn't have to make you feel like you did something wrong because you forgot one. It is really sad for the pets!!! The person who greets potential owners has an abrupt, rude and difficult manner. NOT HELPING THE LIKELIHOOD OF PET ADOPTION! The Humane Society provides a great service to our community. It is a 501(c)(3) organization. People that work there, should remember that they REPRESENT this nonprofit organization! FUNDING IS FROM LOCAL DONATIONS!!

We came to the Humane Society of Naples as potential new owners of an animal. We've owned cats, a dog, birds and were looking for a new companion. We didn't find a new companion on this visit but the staff and facility were very nice. The facility was very clean as were each of the rooms with the animals. Very nice

Hi Jessica, thank you so much for helping this puppy. All strays must be taken to Domestic Animal Services located at 7610 Davis Blvd. Humane Society Naples is not legally able to accept stray dogs/puppies. Thank you again for keeping this pup safe!
