Beautiful office and friendly staff. But I spent $10k over what other surgeons I consulted asked to have Dr Ross do what I thought would be a mini face lift. Turned out it was more of a facial resurfacing. And, at the end of the day, brought up more pores and bad skin underneath. After so much pain and money, I certainly looked no better, and, arguably worse!
