Although the grounds are beautiful they do not properly care for their assisted living guests. The big problem is they have no accountability. They say they will do something but never do and there are no checks and balances in place to make sure it eventually gets done. For example if someone needs help they say they will call someone to help but no one follows up to to make sure it happens. This often results in someone needing care after a fall or other incident waiting long periods. My mom was there for a few years and we decided to pull her out due to these issues.
