They have been so great for us that can't get to hospital so don't go and let things get way worse before we have to go by ambulance. They've drained fluid from my knee amd treated many things for me but sent me to the er the one time they didn't have the equipment and as I told then I had to walk home with about killed me as sick as I was

I've visited Northern Express Care multiple times for my children and other family members in the past 6 months. I'm so thankful this service is available. It has been so helpful to have this option when needed! The care we have received has been top notch. All questions have been answered thoroughly, follow up was great, and they have been wonderful with my kids. I highly recommend!

While I respect and appreciate the healthcare staff working at this facility, I can't recommend that people choose this as a place to get CoVid tests or boosters. I had a 1:15 appointment today for a Moderna booster. The waiting room space was cramped and overcrowded, with a steady stream of people coming through the door, none of whom were able to stay 6 feet away from one another. This same waiting room space was where I was asked to wait for 15 minutes as a precaution after my shot -- it felt so unsafe, I instead waited outside in the cold, standing at the doorway so I could retrieve my proof of vaccination card when the time came. The cramped, overcrowded waiting room wasn't the only issue, however -- when I was called in to receive my shot, I was told to stop as soon as I came through the waiting room door. The nurse unceremoniously announced I would be getting my shot right there, STANDING in the vestibule outside the reception staff's open door. It felt unlike any healthcare service I have ever received -- like I was a piece of meat to be dealt with as quickly as possible, and then dismissed. These issues are most likely not the fault of staff, but rather of management decisions that are looking to maximize the number of shots the practice can collect for in a day. I know we have to get as many "shots in arms" as we can, but people should feel SAFE in accessing their health care, and should feel like they are being treated like a human being. The setup at Green Mountain Mall for receiving CoVid shots is FAR better organized. I recommend you consider scheduling your appointment there, even if it is a little less convenient.

I walked in to have a ring removed from a swollen, injured finger. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Supper friendly, fast and convenient. This is a great addition to our area. Thanks or being here!

Hello, thank you for your question. As this is an express care clinic, our team does need to triage patients based on the severity of their illness. This can mean that patients are not seen in the order they arrive.
