The workers never show up on time. Rent is expensive. There has been mold, and right now we have an ant problem. After living here for a couple years, they just told me to get rid of my garden to "clean up the apartments." Hard to get places by foot. Overall underwhelming and recently cruel.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. From the bugs, leaks, and blatant disregard for property upkeep, just save yourself the headache and find another apartment. The management is the absolute worst people I have ever had the "luxury" of dealing with. They are the least accountable and probably the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Filing a formal complaint w management and BBB. If you like headaches this is the apartment complex for you.

The management staff is amazing! My boyfriend lost his job in January 2021 due to Covid and they worked with us, even though we had to pay the $100/month late fee. Anytime we had an issue, maintenance was there to fix and or check the problem. Cynthia, the Manager, surely cares about her tenants as she advised me/us of a program called Flex, where we can pay our rent according to our pay cycles and now it saves us the monthly late fee! Thank you Cynthia for taking great care of us! I recommend this apartment complex highly!

Beautiful landscape, but 90% of the bottom buildings will have black and green mold. Thin floors, thin walls. You will know that there are people within a stone's throw of your person at all times. Management changes bimonthly, and maintenance doesn't get put through. Don't expect anyone to know you at the office, ever. FREE gas grills are available at several little park areas, there's a 40 mile paved trail just behind the complex, there's ducks, snowy egrets, Florida Softshells, and squirrels EVERYWHERE. You'll enjoy the wildlife... and the tennis courts... but might choke on the black fuzzies.
