I mean I live here so... I tend to give it at least four stars. The section that I'm in, has phenomenal neighbors, and very friendly people all around. It really is a great community. I would give it five stars, except the fitness center that it's designed to accommodate eventually thousands of residents, is the size of a walk-in closet. There's very few machines, and very little room for residents to actually exercise. Otherwise it would be a five-star community.

Restrooms are located within the gated area/club house. You need a card issued by the HOA to enter at both community centers/club house (pool, dog park, etc.)
