Kay Jewelers sold me a fake Diamond. It was an extreme hassle to file a claim about it and get anyone to help me and my fiancé. Almost didn't have a ring for my wedding because of them. Get your own diamond tester if you dare to buy from this shady company. We will never buy from them again. They have totally lost our trust and business. I looked into this and apparently it happens often and most people don't even know their diamonds have been swapped for stones of lesser quality.

Horrible ignorant service by Peggy and the lady with the colored hair . I wanted a ring in a Store in Orlando they showed it in stock ..had to call the store several times was assured by Peggy she called the store and on line was not accurate and I decided after several calls to Tampa Premium to call the store in Orlando myself the ring was purchased and shipped to Springhill store it all worked out but the service we got from Peggy in Tampa was horrible had to contact her 5 times and had her lie to me telling me they did not have the ring and she called the store which was false ...I purchased is a horrible customer experience no one should have to encounter.

The lady working the counter (older woman with blonde hair) was SO DISRESPECTFUL! I went to get my ring repaired (I have it insured). She was not willing to help, full of attitude, disrespectful, and did not care about her customers. I had all of my receipts and papers with me showing when I bought it and when I insured it. The lady was upset that it had my name and my boyfriends name on the paper saying it was two different accounts but it was just one. She said there was no “proof” of my ring being insured even though I had all of the papers with me. I ended up leaving my ring to get repaired (regrettably) and a couple weeks later I called to check on it (past the day they told me it would be ready). The same lady was talking to me on the phone saying they will call me when it gets back from the repair center and HUNG UP ON ME. Two hours later same lady called me and said my ring was ready to be picked up. I went a hour later to pick my ring up and same lady was there. She was acting super snippy, but I got my ring and left. I will not go back to this location I will rather drive a hour to Orlando and get it cleaned/repaired where I bought it and this makes me want to buy my jewelry other places.
