The standers are high as to cleaning. A single mom that is working full time won't be able to meet the cleaning standers nor will a couple that works. Besides this fact this program could be helpful if you don't have any place to stay.

What’s the rent
I was there before no emergency housing it's a waiting list and no pets.
Thanks, Mo, for asking about Family Renew Community's DeLand Residential Campus for families experiencing homelessness. And thanks, Amber, for answering the question. As stated, homeless families may live at Family Renew, rent-free and with no utilities to pay, for 6 months or longer while participating in an intensive program to equip them with tools to obtain and maintain permanent affordable housing and self-sufficiency.
