After reading the reviews, I called Eileen's Place to obtain an estimate for my bike. The individual on the phone was very pleasant and I decided to not shop around but take a chance. Upon arriving at the location, I was overwhelmed by all the different bikes in the front of the store. Upon meeting the owner, Herman, I knew I made the right choice. Herman is very knowledgeable, polite and friendly man. He educated me with the history of my bike and this was the most fun I had the entire weekend which took place in the short period of time of meeting Herman. I cannot wait to ride my bike once he is done with the repairs. I will post another update soon.

Supposed tune-up on GIANT mountain bike. The ONLY difference is grease (not wax) on chain. Also put sticker on bike! Gearing still full of grit as it was obviously not touched as well as flat tires. DO NOT BRING BIKE FOR MAINTENANCE TO THIS SHOP! You've been warned!
