Zero Stars. My elderly father is in a rehab for a leg injury that required surgery. A scooter was ordered for him through Medi-Health and was paid ahead by 3 months. Upon arrival to the facility, the scooter was too small to accommodate him. A family member tried to return the scooter (unused) and be refunded for 2 months. She told Medi-Health to keep a months rent for the trouble. The owner stepped in and refused to refund the money. He was extremely unprofessional and screamed at my family member. I'm pretty appalled by the behavior and would certainly NOT recommend this company for your loved one. Elder care supply is not the place for an explosive temper. If denied I can supply everything he screamed into the phone.

Mike is wonderful to our needs. He found the best electric lift for my husband. It is the Best lift 400EF It is so easy to use and it is made for our small home. Troy is a fantastic tech also. We will use them again for sure,

Recently I purchased thigh high compression stocking. When my physician informed me that I would need pantyhose, as the thigh high were not sufficient after my procedure, my husband tried to exchange them. The clerk was very rude and to the point of saying No Sir.....We were not asking for our money back, just wanted to exchange for pantyhose style, again, he was told NO SIR. The stockings were not worn. I will no longer do business with this store or recommend them. I work in health care and I always strive to keep my customers satisfied. Apparently, this is not how this store operates. Very poor service

I was in need of a lift chair for my Mother and after many attepts of looking around town for one I finally found one. I came into the store and was very suprised at how much product they actually have. The man at the front counter was very nice and helpful with our needs. They also delivered and set up the chair at my Mothers house! The price was unbeatable! I will recommend them to everyone. :)

Yes, we have compression sleeves. We carry some arm sleeves, but majority are compression socks and hoses. This item is paid by the customer; insurance is not billed.
