The Sanford location has zero desire to help certain customers. Zero customer service. Always dirty looking and very hard to get assistance. They have a great menu, but no unison, so you never know what you're getting. Other locations have better quality food. Maybe just my opinion, but I have been to at least 15 different locations. 🤷

Worst Bravo location I’ve been to. The meat is mislabeled and goes bad before the sell by date, which isn’t even the expiration date. The floors are dirty, a lot of their canned and jarred products smell like raw sewage. The produce has mold and their hot food is expensive. To top it off most of the employees don’t speak English, probably aren’t here legally, which isn’t an issue. But seriously learn the language of a country you plan on living in, here it’s English. If I moved to Japan I’d learn basic conversational Japanese first instead of expecting them to accommodate me and learn English for me, it’s their county their tongue. Let’s just have some basic respect and common decency.

Love buying my fruits and vegetables here cause they are always stocked and fresh! The hot food side always has great options and isnt expensive at all. You can get more than enough for under $6 and eat like a king! Tried there cafe con leche and perfect cup of coffee!!! Always great service and good food!
