New owners just jumped rent up 200$ because of "covid delay" they said. not worth looking at, Places are run down. Don't trust Google maps street view it's from over 5 years ago. Not worth the $700 price rent. Absolutely no bonus to living here other then not to many people around. On-site management is cool but they don't make rules like the owners trying to run people out. Edit: Owners are tearing down old houses and some problem trees so fingers crossed π€

Most of the people on here are people who have gotten kicked out and got mad! On the add it specially says βhandyman specialβ if you arenβt good at working on things then by all means find another place to live but management is great! Several people have titles to their homes. Yes, some of them need a lot of work but in the end it will be your home to decorate it how ever you want. You can re do the trailer if you want! Itβs just an amazing deal!

I give them only 1 star because I cant give them zero. I brought a friend of mine there a week ago to look at a couple trailers and they were trashed. The floors were all ripped up and if there was carpet I couldnt tell because it was so filthy. One trailer had holes in the floor and a big stain on the carpet in the living room from an animal and there was a litter box in the kitchen. It smelled so bad I could hardly breath. I didnt want to go in any further but I was curious to see the bathroom and back bedroom. I couldnt understand how someone could live in it that way. I would sleep in my van before I rented one of their trailers. My friend read several reviews and one person said that her kids couldnt play outside and another one said the landlord enters your trailer when you are not home. I was going to move in with her but not if she moved there. Just read all the reviews and if that doesnt convince to stay away then go see for yourself.

Rules are beyond retarded. The trailer are barely good enough to even look much less to live in. Holes in walls, holes in floor, if code enforcement came thru he would shut this place down.wiring is from the 16 century b.c Do not go there to live just buy a tent and live in the woods.there will no difference.

Most things are fixer uppers
700 minimum for the cheapest rundown place
They are moving in a rental direction nothing open at the moment
Don't think so. new owners bought it around covid start so they couldn't jack up the rent til recently
