I am on my third year living here now and I'm greatly satisfied. The ladies at the leasing office are great especially Teri who has always gone above and beyond with any request or concern. Maintenance has always been timely with any concern we have had since moving in. Any problems we have ever had over the years were quickly settled. I would highly recommend to future renters!

This is a quiet family oriented community. Shopping and schools close by. The office and maintenance staff are first rate, they're always courteous, very efficient with anything you need done. Ive been here 9 years and will continue my tenancy.

To be honest you have a great establishment here great apartments great amenities The staff is great so I honestly don't have nothing bad to say in that aspect This is one of the complexes that Is left that include water but to be honest I've been living here for six years and I feel that you own too much property not to have a pool I seen them to work all the way through this complex digging up fixing pipes all that space in the front of the complex could have had a pool with a wall around it I i'm positive that is you asked everybody in the complex on both sides is not one person I would not agree with me. We don't even have a playground for the kids! We have one swingset by sedgemore ct and it's not fair to me that because they're teenagers that break swings everybody else has to suffer teenagers brakes swings all over the world there's nothing that can stop that besides you keep fixing it so a little kid other children graphing to put anyone in mom's can have a place to sit with their babies I feel like nobody thinks about that era moms that I met here three years I have babies that work and have no way to play there are complexes and private pools they don't allow outside as these are things we can have here. I live on a hill I can't have a back door because I can't have access to my basement which is ridiculous when I have Section 8 I should definitely have access to my basement but even besides that y'all didn't even give me a cement platform in the backyard because I live on a hill maybe if you gave us cement platforms especially for the people that don't have a back door it won't be upsetting to watch everybody else's especially when you don't want us to barbecue in the front. maybe if I had concrete platform like everybody else I'll go around my backyard and use it and walk around without a problem but I don't even get a choice to have that. I have bad knees for a couple years now and surgery is a major decision but in the meantime I can't even enjoy my home barbecuing because I don't get the same amenities as somebody else because I live on the hill I can't even transfer to four-bedroom because I can't afford The extra security or I would definitely move to a four bedroom with a back door and be satisfied and get better reviews I have several family members that moved from New York I actually have a mother and Shal move now promote move her into a complex I'm not completely satisfied with. And I'm just saying especially the clients that have seniority I personally think you could offer to move me to a four-bedroom With the extra security deposit Waived So I can get my house renovated. it because I've been here for six years and it's honestly due. I actually only say that because me and Melody spoke about repainting and recarpeting And she stated how hard it would be and how much work it would be done to do that because I'm in the house while it's being done which I was very excited at the moment but she is right to be honest because of my knee issues and my mental issues I don't think there's no way for me to move my stuff room to room while they do it. I'm not saying that because she told me I had to do that I told her I would because I was excited at the moment but I thought And sat with it I physically & mentally can't I don't even have a place I can go while it's being done or a hotel which doesn't make sense or I could just move it to four bedroom because I do have 3 kids children in the home and I do need more space. Anyway I'm not trying to keep going on and on but I honestly I can't wait to be asked this question.
