I have been going to Dr. Julie for over 20 years, and I recently moved to Pa. I will always make the trip to see her. She is compassionate, understanding and honest. I very recently had to put my dog down and as always Dr. Julie made was so compassionate and kind to me and Bailey. When I get a new best friend, Dr. Julie will be her/ or his veterinarian.

I wish I could give a 0 star review. This place was so unprofessional, i had a 5:00pm appointment for my dogs teeth to get looked at. There was a major accident on I-95 and I called them to let them know I would be 20 minutes late, the receptionist claimed it was not an issue and that we will be taken care of. I arrived at 5:20 only to be told that the vet was not available and to go somewhere else, we also said sorry and wanted to reschedule the appointment but they said there policy doesn’t allow me to bring my dog back because I was a “no show”. Even though we physically made it to the building, then I tried to reason with them and they all had attitudes and told me no repeatedly.

The service from the first phone call I made to them till my son brought my cat home was professional and help full. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They were very thorough examining her and recommended further treatment. I'm sure if she could talk she would say the same.
