This is a small town museum at it's best. Stories and artifacts passed down through the ages by residents of the island. Outstanding. If you like to peek through the looking glass of time, to see what incredible things our present is built upon, then you will not be disappointed.

A unique experience and fun activity if you are in a near by hotel and get a little bored of the beach.

This is an alright museum but they charge for entry (5 dollars per adult, Max 15 dollar charge) and the exhibits cover the lives and how the town was in the previous years. However, there are others museums that are cheaper/free in the area that are worth exploring before coming here. The caretakers here are nice people nonetheless but the exhibits themselves could use a little more engagement.

Don’t miss the scavenger hunt! My 6 year old daughter and I had a blast doing it together. It also ensured we didn’t skip anything in this adorable museum. We both loved stepping back in time.

Do you have an on-line gift shop and/or a pic of the old eg 1960s fish market that was located at the end of the causeway!
