We absolutely treat sciatic/piriformis syndrome. Many times there are underlying causes that need be addressed such as pelvic mal-alignment that can keep this pain persisting. I believe you will notice a difference in our holistic approach to identify your problem. An analogy is like continually changing a worn out tire versus getting an alignment to fix the problem!
I have been to Advanced Theraphy in Ft.Myers 3 different times and they are excellent. You won't be disappointed.
And yes as long as the prescription is from a doctor
