We went there during the off-season in late September and were the only customers. We talked about whether it was safe to take our phones out on the water to take pictures and videos to which they did not recommend, but rather offered that their guide do so and who would then forward them to our phones upon return. We all agreed. During that time, I noticed signs saying their guides work for tips. So upon return to the dock, I went to my car to change into dry clothes containing my wallet and cash and returned to give them their tip but first asked how they made out with the pics and videos, to which they said they didn't know we wanted us to do that and therefore did not. I'm quite sure that they did indeed film us but said they didn't because I hadn't tipped them as of yet and that they believed I was not going to, which I was just about to after having retrieved my cash from the car. Needless to say, after we had clearly and unequivocally asked them to do so and their subsequent claim that they didn't, at that point, they most certainly did not get any tip. And so we left with the feeling of fun we had just had taken away from us by some bizarre carnival grift mentality, which of course put a damper on our overall vacation by not having any documentation of that particular experience. So in short, they are petty, negatively presumptuous, irresponsible and highly unprofessional, and as such, we will never go there again and recommend you seek an alternate jet ski service in the area.

We had a great experience here today! This was our first time going jetskiing and honestly, we were nervous. The weather was nice for an October day but windy! The rental is not cheap but was definitely worth it! My husband drove and took my kids, splitting up the time between my son and 2 daughters. There was a $15 fee for the extra rider since there is a max of 3 people per boat. There was a guide on the water in case my kids would need assistance. The people here were knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. There was no wait, we were the only ones there! Took gorgeous pics and can't wait to come back again!
