Absolutely the worst. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. 4 different women gave 4 different directions on what I needed. 56 mile round trip twice and still didn't get what I went for. They should all be retrained, or let go.

With an appointment, I was in and out in 15m. Kinda like that! I used to wait much longer. COVID was actually good for something, like improving a previously broken system. To bad it took that to figure it out.

The service was good; it didn't take too long to get my title and registration. The employee who came to the door to let the next few people inside announced to those of us on line that masks must be worn inside. HOWEVER, he wore his mask under his nose the entire time I was there, rendering it totally useless. Another employee was wearing a neck gaiter as a mask, and it kept slipping below his nose. What?! Of course, there are threatening signs posted forbidding photos, or I would have taken several. If you're going to have a mask mandate for employees and the public visiting NJ government offices, at least train the staff to wear them properly!

Its is horrible during covid-19! I came at 3:00am in the morning and was still in 71st place. They just call 2 people at a time after every 15 to 30 mins, People who are at end of the line who came early in the morning are told to come back the day after. Its not a good experience during a pandemic.
