This McDonalds was the best ever since remodeled it's all new staff it's been terrible. I don't understand the manager when she got all snotty with customers saying we make mistakes God forbid. How do you treat customers that way. ? I think the owner of this franchises should know all about her. She wasn't very nice

5 stars for the hardworking crew. Zero for the app. App doesn’t show order progress. I don’t even see it available to look at. App should allow tips. I panicked and thought my order was lost so I went to drivethru and got my order. Beautiful new site. I am sure the app puts more stress on the workers. I gave 5 bucks to the lady. Be nice to these people they deal in a stressful environment.

Since they have renovated the service & food has gotten so much better the food was so fresh & good the service was fast however with 2 drive thrus now they tend to mix up the orders other than that everything's good

So being only 4 days removed from the reopening being told they don't have frappes then being told they don't have the milkshake in replace of the frappe they already didn't have was honestly pretty comical. Pair that with the very apparent understaffed problem they have (isn't entirely their fault) making the new front counter completely unmanned and waits comparable to sit down restaurants this is pretty much the straw that broke the camels back on a McDonald's I really didn't even like that much in the first place
