Dropped in for a Saturday class to practice with a good friend and I really enjoyed my experience at the Hot or Not Yoga Studio. Instructor was great and front desk was helpful and pleasant. Will be back from time to time!

I love this place! I've been going for about a month now, and so far have loved each and every class. They offer classes from gentle restorative, to hot and sweating. The instructors are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this yoga studio.

Questions & Answers

I'm new to yoga. Due to a medical reason may not be able to do moves correctly. Is this yoga helpful?Will intrs be ok w/that? R there modifications?

Tell the instructor your limitations and they will offer you modifications. My wife has medical issues which limit her movement, and the instructors are great at working with her.
