My central air stopped working on Friday, July 8th. The maintenance crew was quick to respond but we're unable to fix it because they needed a part. They said the part would be in on Monday or Tuesday. They gave me a portable air conditioning unit to use in the meantime. It's now been 10 days. My central a/c is still not fixed. I've called 2x and received no information about what is taking so long. Meanwhile, the portable unit is only made for small areas and does not keep my entire apartment cool, making cooking very uncomfortable. The unit also runs continuously so I'm certain it's going to run up my electric bill. This is the first maintenance issue that has not been resolved in a timely manner. Update: yesterday the maintenance crew attempted to repair my a/c unit. It worked for a few hours but stopped working at the end of the day. I left a message for the office staff and maintenance was at my apartment first thing in the morning. Air conditioner is now working! As always, office staff and maintenance crew were courteous and professional.

They do not understand the concept of Customer Service. When you go to the front office the receptionist has a very nasty attitude and makes faces as you talk. Very disrespectful, unprofessional and just rude. I understand that we live in a hectic time but still professionalism and customer service HAS to lead the interactions.

Yes. A deposit is required, and then it is $20 a month for each pet, up to two pets.
I'm not sure. I pay $516 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Maybe that's what a 1 or 2 bedroom pays. Not sure though.

Yes you can use your own w/d they have gas/electric hookups. It has to be a stackable unit, lienen closet in hallway, some full size units will fit. I have an LG stackable that I rent for $50 a month from the complex.
