Continuation of last year. My mother finally got an apartment. Her apartment is cute for her however all apartments per the residents have been battling an ongoing gnat fly Infestation and management will not correct. They claim to spray but it clearly does not help. Instead of addressing the problem which they're coming from drains. So my poor mother suffers bites while sleeping. Theyre in her cupboards, fridge. shower, bathroom. It's horrible. Durin our visit it was horribly uncomfortable. Flying in my food. The TV room I can't tell you how bitten up I got. #vistapark Pls take car of your residents.

My review will be in reference to the $350.00 deposit they request to be added to the “wait”list. There is no limitation to the wait list, no updates on where you are on the waitlist and you can not cancel the wait list. It is also very difficult to reach them. They do not reach out to you to offer any updates. I am trying to relocate my mom to a place where she will be happy but unfortunately she is on a fixed income. This whole experience has made me feel sad and frustrated. This is an income based apartment program and they seem to not care about keeping people’s deposit that are tired of waiting and have made arrangements elsewhere. My question is where is this money going?? Who is profiting?
