Yes. Income based rent. Approximately 30% of income for rent. Rent includes electric.
I moved here in Oct 2020. I am low income. There are studio and one bedroom apartments here. Wait time for a studio is long as there are fewer apts. Electric is included in the rent.
Yes but there's a 9 month waiting list I called and the lady wouldn't even take the time to talk to me. And my mother lives there. How did you know to get in touch with me about I call them the towers.
