I made an appointment 3 days in advance for 11am Saturday I was there 15 minutes early. There's was only 1 employee there already speaking with a another person. when 11am came the employee took another person who was only a walk in, And skipped me . I waited because it sounded like the walk on had a problem with her earlier visit and needed help with something. I thought it would be quick about 20 minutes later another employee walks in walls around talking for 5 minutes before sitting at his desk and start to complain about how the system is kicking them out over and over again. At this point it's 30 minutes past my appointment and I no longer have faith these people can handle my 3 years worth of taxes I need filed. Unless you work at fast food I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I was only asked if I was ready after I got up and opened the door too leave. Big waste of time for my only day off After response: as anyone can see after the owners responds appointments and scheduling do not matter too them I told the person I made the appointment with over the phone what I was bringing the 3 years worth of taxes. Are these the people you want doing your taxes?
