Good luck! Everytime I've gone there I've been treated like I was being done a favor. The last time I waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen and the lady left for the day before seeing me. She left a sign on the door to return on Monday. Mind you, I was the second person on the list and the first person had already been seen before I arrived. I watched the lady play on her phone through the door and not check the list for over half an hour.

Does anyone ever answer the phones here or do call backs. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks going on 3 now. Guess it’s time to find a new doctor.

This is by far the WORST dr office I’ve ever been to. The front staff is extremely incompetent, inconsistent, rude, & inconsiderate of your time! & they act as though they do not understand English. I’ve constantly had to have them correct my son’s information in their system and update my phone number. They always call my mother’s number regarding MY child because she took him to a doctor visit one a year ago! and I’ve asked them several times to remove her from his file. You wait 2 hours every time to be seen even though you have an appointment! I must say. Dr. Trinidad is wonderful! I would love to keep my son here because of her! She’s really a godsend but I CAN’T stand that front staff!!! Today will be his last appointment with this terrible and bird brain staffed office!
