Omg being a nurse and I went here for a drug test for a new employer. This whole office is so unprofessional. The medical assistants are so loud you can hear all there conversations. There isn't enough privacy up front so everyone can hear your business. You can even hear them when they are giving results and you can hear them calling patient's full name. I would put no stars if I could but had to put one star in order to write this review. The Operation Manager Bill just sits there and let them be so unprofessional in front of patient's in the waiting room. I would not recommend this place because they are not Hippa friendly. One of the medical assistant called a patient from the waiting room and tell one of her colleagues to SHUT UP while the patient was coming back. I think I will put a call in to there corporate office. They also call you by your last name as if your in the military no Mr or Mrs. This place is a zoo!!!

This place needs to be shut down! They falsified my vitals on all but 2 of my visits and laughed when the doctor went out to ask them if they took them. The doctor never listened to or addressed my concerns regarding my pain. I went for 5 days without any pain medication because they never submitted my meds to the pharmacy nor did they give me a script in writing. My last visit i took a video and got the girl (that finally took my vitals without being told) saying my vitals read one thing but then documented something different and I have the doctor giving me misinformation about my mri. You all ought to be ashamed of yourselves. You took the Hippocratic oath! It is your duty to help!

The clinic was totally full when I came in but the process was so quick and efficient considering the amount of people there! I was in and out way faster than I expected. Everyone was very sweet, and the MA who took care of me was incredible! She was so kind and funny, and very good at what she does. I believe her name was Diane. She’s awesome. I had a great experience overall!!

Although my visit was fine. Nothing more. The receptionist was not cheerful nor even welcoming. The missing star in the rating is actually due to what I witnessed. The female employee assisting me asked a males employee for help with the computer process. His response was not only unfriendly, it was down right rude and full of contempt and ridicule. I felt so bad for the lady. The male employee should be fired as that temperament should not be allowed in the workplace, especially a medical workplace, and certainly not in front of customers/patients. He was ridiculous.
