You get what you pay for. They try to push you in and out as fast as possible; in addition, to the limited hours of operation. From a business perspective, they probably keep their costs low by underpaying staff and profits afloat by competition pricing. I’d say this clinic is about as specialized and capable as a pet corp store. If you have an actual “emergency😢,” even if they are open, be prepared to wait for them to have an opening to accommodate. Might be just better off going to a different clinic, in general.

The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. Above all else I can tell that the staff love their jobs and love the animals they are interacting with. They go out of their way to ensure the animals are cared for. The facility is clean and welcoming. My dog has been vaccinated and spayed at NPAH and would highly recommend them for your fur-family health needs. Keep up the great work! We look forward to seeing you all again.

Questions & Answers

My granddaughters, 6 and 4, will be visiting from CA in July. They are extremely allergic to cats, as well as their Mom. Is there a natural product that I can spray or a lotion or anything that will help them survive!

Put the cats in a room and vacuum. I'm allergic to cats and allergy meds don't help lol

Can you treat recurring fungus allergy successfully? It is under his eyes and on his paws mostly and spread to spots on his side and legs. Can't rid my 16 year old cockapoo of it. He's been under treatment for about 4 months.

Should I be concerned about my cat's stomach noises - he has been making them for a couple hours now (at approx 30 second intervals) but is showing no other signs of distress or discomfort? Is this normal?

It sounds like you already are concerned. I would take him to get checked out.
