Very rude, inconsiderate, and unempathetic. The second you’re late on a payment they’re blowing up your phone and half the time we just paid it or payment is still pending. Will never use them again

I was double billed this month $96 twice. Which I can not afford and when I called to speak to the manager because I needed the money that was in my bank for other bills I had to call 3 times and then finally got a call back from the manager and she seemed really annoyed to have to even deal with me all she said was it was voided and should be back in your bank which it still isn't I called my bank they aren't showing anything of the sort. I'm highly annoyed and stressed out which add that with being pregnant makes it even worse. I will never go to this Aarons again.

They have someone call Nancy that doesn't care about the customer. I called trio let her know that my husband is at the hospital and she told me that she don't care, when asked for the manager she says that she is the "manager" and told her really... and she change the version to account manager. Told her that I do not want to talk to her and she said that she neither want to talk to me. I really don't know how she got there if she is what she said because she do not have any customer service. They should have to give her some business and customer service classes to her.

My family and I have been a customer of this store of this store since August of 2010, we have purchased several televisions, stereos, washer and dryer, bedroom sets, living room set and even a PlayStation 4. The staff is amazing they treat you like family. I like the fact that I have additional warranty on my products. The ability to have items delivered and setup by their staff is always a plus. Thank You for the great service.
