Brought in my truck to have some subs, amp, controller and wiring ran and connected. Got there as soon as the shop opened and they had my truck in the shop and being worked on almost immediately. I ran into a situation over a month later and Joe, who works the lobby and sales, had me come in at the perfect time in order to not waste mine. Again, my truck was seen almost immediately and resolved the issue without any mishap. Everyone at the shop is very respectful and knowledgeable. Sales are NOT being jammed down your throat and Joe's knowledge shines when he's talking business about audio. The shop is an excellent place that will take care of all of your audio and visual needs. Huge Thank again to Joe and all the techs in the shop. Great job guys!

Stopped in and inquired about new system for my truck, Joe was very knowledgeable with the products they sell and set me up with all i needed. 2 weeks later after install ( very reasonable timeframe considering shortages everywhere) long story short I LOVE MY NEW KENWOOD!!! The sound is fantastic after Joe worked his magic with EQ…I absolutely love this head unit!!! These gentlemen will ROCK ur vehicles and answer all ur questions. I highly recommend them. Probably go back for some speakers after i blow out the stock ones in F150… now if only gas prices would go down so im not just sitting in driveway jamming out😁😁😁jk The install is fantastic… Thanks Joe and all. These guys are great, very knowledgeable and do very clean work for the most part. I only have one complaint and I understand the frustrations dealing with the regal. It took longer than the quoted time to install but they kept their word and only charged what they quoted. Now for the complaint, if you break a self tapper in the terminal lug pull it out lol, was able to remove the bad screw by hand. Other than that system was done beautifully. The screw was is a place you would not see but I was not happy to find it. However with everything else that does not affect my review or my rating. I would recommend them and will get other work done here when I need it. Shout out to Joe and Steve for getting me done in a timely manner and their extreme professionalism. Thanks guys!

They were paid to install door poppers. They were done not even three months ago and have not worked since install. The car has been up to them multiple times for them to fix it but they didn’t. Mind you, the customer is handicap, she only has one leg. They have been making her climb through the trunk in order to get into the vehicle because they will not fix them. This company is ridiculous. They only care about the money and do not care if the stuff they install is working correctly. I would not recommend these people at all.
