We like shopping at TJ Maxx and they usually have a good selection. Store is disorganized quite a bit of the time and the employees are not always helpful or polite.

Sometimes. They have a variety if items but their stock varies depending on what is delivered. I have seen breadbox's there.
I have seen pet dogs inside the store. So, I assume you can. May want to call the store to be sure
Yes.. Depending on the neighborhood, and the quality of store management. This seems to be the new America. It seems to be all about the money, and the hell with the customer. I would have asked customer service to call 911, and the store would remain open for investigation. (review video) Working in law enforcement for 25 years ... You see all kinds of behavior. Sorry for your loss..
